Another place we visited was Monastir. The weather was bad that day, but we decided that it is better to see something than to sit in a hotel. We chose the train as a means of transport, which turned out to be an interesting experience as we traveled with the locals. The city has an impressive ribat which is the oldest on the entire African coast. However, the most interesting photos were taken in the mausoleum of Habib Bourguiba, the first president of Tunisia.
